Inspection Report
Our narrative report presented in a three
ring binder is divided into five parts:
1. Inspection Summary: Section contains a narrative (not a check
list) summary of suggested repairs (with photographs) and addresses
the condition of all Major Systems. This section of the report
is printed on site at the time of inspection with photographs of problems
areas.
2. Inspection Report: Detailed report on the property including descriptions
and maintenance items which can be downloaded from our website by noon
of the day following the inspection
3. Additional Information: Estimated life expectancies, Replacement
Costs and a Glossary of Terms.
4. Pre-Closing Information: A check list for your to follow on
your pre-closing walk through.
5. How to Operate Your Home (Owners Manual for Your Home)
In addition to Home Inspections AMBIC performs Radon testing using Continuous
Radon Monitors providing state of the art testing. These instruments
measure radon concentrations while monitoring, temperature, humidity
and barometric pressure. Internal controls monitor for any possible
tampering.
